are traditional Chinese exercises for health. There are hundreds of Qigong exercises that are practiced in China today. Each sequence helps to cultivate and/or facilitate the flow of “life force” energy, or qi throughout the body. Through practice one begins to experience a sense of tranquility and harmony with oneself.
